Is acupuncture covered by insurance?

At present, I do not accept any insurance plans except No-Fault Injury (Motor Vehicle Accident) and Workers' Compensation. I do not belong to any insurance panels: HMOs nor MCOs. I can provide you with a form to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for their rules about acupuncture coverage and reimbursement.
